Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia announces Call for MA research grants 2018

Aim of the call:

 

MA research  grants aims at  supporting quality enhancement in scientific studies, raising academic level and development of research skills - related to the master's thesis of students enrolled at the accredited Master’s educational program, as well as improvement of higher educational institutions research capacity and integration of research in learning processes and support development of thematic and/or interdisciplinary research activities.

Individual

Call Conditions:


Only individual educational-research grants will be given within  the framework of the call

Grantee must be citizen of Georgia, active MA student at accredited high educational institution

During grant claiming period, grantee must be on the  last year of the MA programme

Project duration is defined from 4 to 10 months

Project budget should not exceed  6000 GEL

Scholarship of MA student should not exceed 1200 GEL

Submitting more than one project within  the call, from one applicant is forbidden

  • Octomber 19 2018 – call announcement
  • Octomber  24, 26  & 30  2018 – group consultations
  • Otomber 19 – November 7 16:00 –  dates for  registration in the Grants Management Unified System (GMUS)
  • November  9, 16:00 – deadline for providing the application document at the SRNSFG office
  • November 5  2018 – deadline for sending the questions electronically
  • November 2018 – Eligibility check of the submitted projects
  • November  2018 – Publish midterm results of the call
  • December 2018 –  Evaluation of submitted projects by independent reviewers/group of reviewers
  • December 2018 – Publish final results of the call
  • December 2018 – Sign the grant agreement
