Caucasus University Announces Mobility for the Spring Semester of 2019-2020 Academic Year

 

Caucasus University announces mobility for the spring semester of 2019-2020 academic year. A list of programs, vacancies and prices can be found at the  link  and on the e-portal: students.emis.ge.

 

The deadline for registration for mobility through the electronic portal of students.emis.ge is January 22, 2020 until February 5, 18:00. Deadline for submitting mobility results to the electronic portal - February 11, 2020.

In case of a positive result on the e-portal, the deadline for students to report to Caucasus University and submit the required documents is February 12-15, recognition of student credits for entry to the university, recognition of recognized credits and confirmation in writing February 17-19, preparation of the persons’ mobility order and their electronic registration in educational institutions - February 20.

 

Required documents:

  1. Statement;
  2. Certificate of student status;
  3. Duly certified copies of all legal acts defining student status;
  4. Student study card (Grade sheet);
  5. Copy of ID card;
  6. Notary copy of the document certifying completion of previous educational level (in case of undergraduate mobility - notarial copy or original, in case of mobility in master's degree - notarial copy of bachelor's degree and attachment, in case of doctoral mobility - notarial copy of master's degree and attachment);
  7. A copy of the recruit's military registration card (or military ticket, if any);
  8. Photo (3X4) - 2 prints and electronic version on CD;
