The forum was held at the initiative of EHRC laboratory: "Government's International Monitoring Center."

The Forum discussed the findings of the study of the UN Rural Development Program integrated into World Bank project - Worldwide Governance Indicators (WGI).

The Forum - Georgian Government's Management Quality – IFAD's examination – lasted for three days and ended on November 19.
