On December 8, at 18:00, as part of Human Rights Law University Week, Caucasus School of Law will host a public lecture on International Criminal Court and Human Rights with the active involvement of the audience. Speakers will discuss human rights as the basis for the value of the Rome Statute and its characteristic normative language, including the principle of complementarity, in the context of Article 21 of the Statute and legal dialogue with other international courts.
The lecture will be given by Gocha Lortkipanidze, Judge at the International Criminal Court
