ERASMUS + EXCHANGE PROGRAMS FOR THE 2020 FALL SEMESTER

Caucasus University announces applications for participation in the Erasmus + exchange program for the 2020 fall semester.

 

The Erasmus + exchange program for international student mobility covers travel expenses and grants scholarships. The amount of scholarships for students is determined by the recipient country and the university.

 

Student mobility is planned for the fall semester of 2020 at the following universities:

Active students of Caucasus University must submit the following documents in English

 

  • Copy of ID card / passport
  • Filled Application Form (see Appendix # 1)
  • EUROPASS CV
  • International Certificate of Foreign Language Proficiency (IELTS - 6.0; TOEFL-78)
  • Mark sheet;
  • 1 cover letter;
  • 1 letter of recommendation from the faculty;

 

Contestants that cannot participate: 

  • Bachelor’s first/final year students;
  • First/last year students of a master’s program;
  • Those who have already received an Erasmus Mundus grant at a similar level

 

Contestants that will not be considered: 

 

  • Do not meet the requirements of the framework agreement for participation in the exchange program and the regulations of Caucasus University Department of International Relations and Projects;
  • Submitted applications thay are incomplete or inconsistent with established requirements;
  • Applications submitted late or in stages. 

 

Candidates must submit their applications electronically by March 20, 2020 to the following email address: ir@cu.edu.ge.  

 

 

Please note that an International Language Certificate is required before the deadline to apply.

 

The candidate should indicate in the email subject line the name of the first selected university to apply. Each document should be labeled accordingly. One student can apply for up to three universities.

 

Selection Procedure:

 

  • Applications will be reviewed by the Caucasus University Competition Commission.
  • The commission will nominate the selected candidates;
  • The commission will provide information/documents on selected candidates to the receiving university;
  • Final selection of students will be done by the receiving university;
  • The receiving university has the right to request the nominated student to participate in an additional internal competition.
