Caucasus University is announcing applications for students to participate in the Erasmus+ exchange program of the spring semester of 2020.

 

Erasmus + exchange program for international mobility of students provides coverage of travel expenses and scholarships. The amount of the scholarship is determined according to the host country and the university.

 

In the spring semester of 2020, student mobility is planned at the following universities:

To participate in the competition, active students of Caucasus University must submit the following documents in English:

 

• Copy of ID card / passport
• Filled in application form (see Appendix # 1)
• EUROPASS CV
• International Certificate of Foreign Language Knowledge (IELTS - 6.0; TOEFL-78)
• Mark sheet;
• 1 cover letter;
• 1 letter of recommendation from the faculty;

 

Cannot participate in the competition:

 

• First and final year students of bachelor’s degree;
• First and final year students of master’s degree;
• Those who have already received the Erasmus Mundus grant at a similar level

 

The following applications will not be considered:

 

• Those that do not meet the requirements set out in the Framework Agreement for Participation in the Exchange Program and the Statute of the Department of International Relations and Projects of Caucasus University;
• Applications that are incomplete or unsuitable with established requirements;
• Applications submitted late or in stages.

Please note that the presentation of an international language certificate is required before the deadline for participation in the program expires.

 

The candidate must indicate in the subject line the name of the university selected in the first place on which he / she is applying. Each document must be titled accordingly. One student can apply for a maximum of three universities.

 

Selection procedure:

 

• The submitted application documents will be reviewed by the Competition Commission of Caucasus University.
• The commission will nominate the selected candidates;
• Providing information / documents on selected candidates to the host university;
• Final selection of students by the host university;
• The host university has the right to require a nominated student to take part in an additional internal competition.
