On May 13, the International Relations Department of Caucasus University hosted representatives of Malmö University.

On May 11, Caucasus University hosted a public lecture by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Georgia, Ms. Meline Arakelian, titled “Diplomacy Under the Magnifying Glass.” The event was attended by students of Caucasus University, as well as academic and administrative staff.

On May 12, Caucasus University hosted Professor Radu Carp from the University of Bucharest.

On May 11, the President of Caucasus University hosted the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Georgia, Ms. Meline Arakelian.

The President of Caucasus University Kakha Shengelia, and Vice President for Internationalization Irena Melua visited Mendel University in the Czech Republic, Brno as part of an official working visit.

On May 5, Caucasus University hosted Professor Mohammad Gharipour, Director of the Architecture Program at the School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation, University of Maryland, USA.

Caucasus University hosted a PhD student, Ignac Brošch, from Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Slovakia from April 21 to 30. The visit was organized by the International Relations Department of Caucasus University and the Caucasus School of Law.

Caucasus University delegation, led by Kakha Shengelia, President of Caucasus University, and Irena Melua, Vice President for Internationalization, participated in the IAUP 2026 Semi-Annual Meeting, hosted by Mykolas Romeris University in Vilnius from April 29 to May 1, 2026.

During the official visit to Lithuania, the President of Caucasus University, Dr. Kakha Shengelia, and Vice-President Ms. Irena Melua were hosted at Kazimieras Simonavičius University. The meeting took place with the university administration, including Vice-Rector for Research, Associate Professor Dr. Helga Marija Kauzonė, and Professor Jolanta Zabarskaitė.

On April 29, within the framework of cooperation between Caucasus University and the French-Georgian University, another public lecture was held for students and academic staff of the School of Economics at Caucasus University. The topic of the lecture was - “Unveiling the Interplay: ICT as a Moderator in the Renewable Energy and Human Development Nexus within BRICS Countries”.
