By the decision of the Academic Council of Samtskhe-Javakheti State University, the President of Caucasus University was awarded the title of Honorary Doctor of Samtskhe-Javakheti State University and received the University Medal.

On December 5-8, a conference of the World Academy of Arts and Sciences (WAAS) was held, attended by Dr. Kakha Shengelia, President of Caucasus University and the Chairman of the Board of the International Association of University Presidents (IAUP).

On December 4, CU What? Where? When? Was held on the campus of Caucasus University. The winner was the team “Leftovers”, whose members were students from Caucasus School of Law, Governance and Economics.

On December 4, the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement awarded the Caucasus School of Humanities and Social Sciences Georgian lenguage Bachelor's degree program in psychology re-granted unconditional accreditation for 7 year

  On December 4, the National Center For Educational Quality Enhancement awarded the  Caucasus School of Media Master's Program in Strategic Communication a  7 Year Re-Accreditation.

Two projects of Caucasus University affiliated academic staff have won the Shota Rustaveli Georgian National Science Foundation Young Scientists Grant Competition 2021.

Irma Khachidze is a Professor at Caucasus University and Chief Researcher at the Beritashvili Experimental Biomedicine Center. An article on her scientific and pedagogical work was published in the journal “Connect Online”, which combines information about her scientific work and achievements. The journal regularly covers current projects and their scientific significance in response to current research activities in Europe.
