Call for Student Participation in the Peace Education Training Program

The University invites motivated students to participate in a unique international program aimed at promoting peace.

 

Within the framework of a joint project between Austria, Georgia, Armenia, the program focuses on Peace Education based on the Values and Knowledge Education (VaKE) approach - an innovative, learner-centered method that combines values education and inquiry-based learning.


Selected students will:


• Participate in training sessions and workshops led by experts
• Collaborate with peers from Georgia, Armenia, on peace-oriented community projects
• Participate in 3-day international student meetings in Georgia (May 10-14) at Caucasus University
• Gain experience in peacebuilding, intercultural dialogue, and community engagement
• Receive a certificate of participation recognizing their contribution and achievements

 

Eligibility Criteria:


• Eligibility Criteria: Faculty of Education Integrated Program students and all other interested Bachelor's students (second and third years) or Master's students (first year)
• Interest in peace education, social issues, or community development
• Motivation to participate in international collaboration and dialogue
• Good command of English (working language of the project)
• Commitment to attend all training sessions and project activities
