The names of the 4 best chefs participating in the "Gastronomic Bootcamp" project have been announced

From the 16 participants of the "Gastronomic Bootcamp" project, the guest professors of the Basque Culinary Center, Alberto Rodríguez and Hector Cabello, selected the 4 best chefs who will become trainers at the Caucasus Training Center and lead trainings for the participants of the second stream.

 

The chefs are: 

 

Soso Jabanashvili - chef at "Puri Guliani" restaurant

Irakli Todadze - executive chef at "Radisson"

Anna Ishkhanova - chef at the restaurant "L'éclair de Genie" 

Aleksandre Baindurashvili - chef at the restaurant "Shoti" 

 

We would like to inform you that the acceptance for the second stream in the project - "Gastronomic Bootcamp" - has started. Any interested person can participate.

The mentioned project is implemented by Caucasus University within the framework of cooperation with the USAID Industry-led Skills Development Program as well as the Basque Culinary Center and the Gastronomic Tourism Business Association.
