The Francophonie University Agency (AUF) and Akaki Tsereteli State University of Kutaisi are organizing the third edition of the contest "My Thesis in 180 Seconds" in Georgia.

Location: Kutaisi.
Date: June 20, 2023.

The “My thesis in 180 seconds” competition allows doctoral students to present their research topic in simple terms to a lay and diverse audience.

Interested candidates should send the following documents to the e-mail addresses: mt180-georgie@auf.org and tamar.garibashvili@auf.org:

• Letter of enrollment in doctoral studies;
• Photo;
• Name;
• Surname;
• Email;
• Personal data of the scientific supervisor: first name, last name, e-mail address, academic title.

Registration deadline: June 10, 2023.

In case of winning:

• 1^st place - ALTA.GE 300 euro voucher;
• 2^nd place - a 6-month free subscription to the French media library and a collection of books;
• 3^rd place - collection of books.

The winner may go to the international competition in Rabat in October.

Travel and accommodation expenses in Kutaisi and Rabat are fully reimbursed by AUF.
