European Public Law Organization, Athens, Greece (EPLO) and the Hellenic Center for European Studies (EKEME) are announcing the admission of master's and doctoral students of law, governance, to a one-year program in France and Luxenberg. Lecture topics are migration, and lectures will be held in the following issues:

• The first session - October 20-24, Greece
• Fall Session - December 15-19, France
• Winter Session - February 23-27, Spain
• Spring Session - April 13-17, Luxembourg
• Final session - July 15-19, Greece

The program is free, however, students themselves have to cover transportation and daily expenses.

The deadline for registration is August 31, 2017.
