John Smith Foundation is pleased to announce the 2020 Scholarship Contest.
The program covers the following academic fields:
- Public administration;
- Media;
- Civil society;
- Law;
- Public healthcare;
- Environmental protection.
The purpose of the program is to enhance the knowledge of participants through a four-week training program in the United Kingdom with a view to promoting democracy and good governance. Applicant must be 25-35 years old and meet the following criteria: The participant must be a citizen of one of the following countries and be employed in the same country: Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine.
Knowledge of English (Priority is given to those who have experience of working/studying in English); Expressed desire and motivation to make an important contribution to the development of society; The applicant should also submit a plan of activities they plan to implement after returning home, based on this information, appropriate individual meetings will be planned within the program.
The program will be implemented in November 2020, for 4 weeks in the United Kingdom (London, Edinburgh).
