Romania, through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announces The Annual Scholarship Programme for Foreign Citizens, dedicated to all non-EU countries, for the academic year 2023-2024.
According to the schedule, the international call for applications is open between 15th December 2022 – 1st March 2023 and the announcement of selection results on 15th July 2023.

The scholarship covers all three study levels:

The scholarship application can be sent ONLY through the Study in Romania platform.
