The University of Friborg is announcing the admission of young researchers to the following scholarship programs:

Short-term research scholarship for doctoral students:

Qualification requirements:

• Cooperation with any university for at least 2 semesters (not with the University of Freiburg);
• Foreign citizenship (not Switzerland);
• Must be less than 35 years old before the start of the project;
• Involved in a research project at the University of Freiburg;
• Completed application form.

Duration: 4 months

Short-term research scholarship for PhDs:

Qualification requirements:

• Must have received doctoral status in the last 3 years;
• A foreign citizen (not Switzerland);
• Must be employed or involved in research activities at any university (not the University of Freiburg);
• Filled in the application form.

Duration: 1 to 3 months

Application deadlines:

• February 28, 2019 (for September participants)
• July 31, 2019 (for February participants)
