The Georgian International Medical Students' Society (GIMSOC) announces registration for the international medical conference MEDCON'26, which will be held in October 2026 at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University in Tbilisi.

The main theme of the conference is oncology. The event will bring together medical students from various universities, practicing physicians, experts, and surgeons and researchers from Georgia and abroad.

Within the framework of the conference, participants will have the opportunity to:

• Attend presentations by Georgian and international experts on various aspects of oncology; 
• Familiarize themselves with current issues in the fields of neurology, reproductive health, gastroenterology, dermatology, and pulmonology; 
• Participate in practical seminars covering diagnostics, patient management, and modern medical approaches; 
• Present their own research and scientific achievements at the research exhibition; 
• Obtain information and recommendations regarding preparation for the PLAB and USMLE exams at the academic exhibition; 
• Establish international professional contacts; 
• Participate in the gala dinner.

The conference accommodates both in-person and online participation. More than 600 participants can attend on-site, while the online platform enables the participation of up to 10,000 international attendees.
