“Vinifera/Newclim” - Autumn School 2025

The French-Georgian University is pleased to announce the call for applications for the Autumn School, which will be held on October 6-10, 2025.

 

The main theme of the program: “Wine Exhibition and Climate: Enhancing the Role of Sustainability in Georgian Viticulture”.

 

Selected participants will have the opportunity to study how climate change affects winemaking in Georgia - the oldest wine region in the world. The course combines academic theory, field research and traditional winemaking practices.

 

Participation in the program is free for Caucasus University students, which includes travel and accommodation costs. Students of bachelor's and master's programs are eligible to participate.

 

Interested individuals should participate in the selection competition and submit the following documents in English electronically to the following email address: school.vitivini@proton.me

 

  • Resume;
  • A cover letter (maximum 800 words);
  • Abstract of the research (maximum 500 words).

 

Deadline for submitting documents: August 15, 2025.

 

Participants will be awarded a certificate of attendance upon completion of the program.
