Caucasus University and Harvard University Launch Leadership Excellence Program

7 April 2025

Caucasus University is proud to announce an exciting collaboration with Harvard Division of Continuing Education’s Professional & Executive Development Programs and UN Women Georgia with the generous funding of the Government of Denmark and the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (NORAD). This unique program brings a bespoke leadership program to Georgia, designed to empower female professionals with cutting-edge insights and strategic leadership skills.

The Leadership Excellence: Driving Organizational Change and Success program will take place in June 2025. It will be led by Laurie Pascal, a distinguished expert in organizational behavior, strategy, and leadership, who brings over 30 years of experience in both academia and industry.

This intensive three-day program is tailored to mid- and senior-level female professionals in the financial sector, seeking to enhance their leadership capabilities and drive meaningful change within their organizations. The curriculum integrates interactive lectures, case studies, group exercises, and strategic discussions, ensuring participants gain actionable insights that can be immediately applied in their professional environments.

Participants in the program are selected from leading financial institutions and are signatories of the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs). In addition to the face-to-face training in Georgia, the program will include a coaching session featuring leading professionals from Harvard, further enriching the learning experience.

Caucasus University is honored to partner with Harvard, with the support of UN Women Georgia, to deliver this world-class learning opportunity, reinforcing our commitment to excellence in education and leadership development.
