Employee job satisfaction is an important factor for the effective functioning of medical institutions. The aim of the research was to study the job satisfaction of physicians and related factors. The survey showed that the most important components of satisfaction were: relationship with managers (78.5%), relationship with colleagues (77%), communication with patients (73.5%), access to continuing medical education (74.2%) and quality of service (66%). In order to provide quality medical services, it is recommended to focus on the satisfaction of doctors with their work, their working conditions, professional development, remuneration, incentive methods.
