Research description:

The Critical Incident Reporting System (CIRS) is recognized worldwide as an important patient safety tool that can change staff risk perceptions, increase their vigilance and attention, and raise awareness of best practices. The aim of the paper was to study the problems related to the introduction of the critical incident reporting system in Georgia.
