On May 22, an intramural student scientific conference of the School of Medicine and Healthcare Management (CMS) was held at Caucasus University.

Students of the MD and the health care management programs of CMS participated in the conference.

The purpose of the said conference was to promote scientific-research activities and develop scientific potential among young people.

A specially appointed commission identified the winners of the conference:

Nutsa Pidashvili and Barbara Tabidze, students of the MD program; topic - "Influenza & Respiratory Virus Clinical & Epidemiological Characteristics among Children in Georgia" (scientific supervisor Ana Machablishvili).

The second place was taken by the student of health care management program, Nutsa Glezheshvili, who worked on the topic "The role of logistics services in the management of hospitals".

Students were presented with certificates and symbolic gifts.
