On May 9, Professor Thomas Wier  delivered a public lecture for the freshmen students of English Philology to speak about languages ​​and dialects, linguistic geography and other language related issues. After the lecture the students got actively involved in the discussion that followed.

The event was organized by the Caucasus School of Humanities.
