ABOUT US

Irakli Tsereteli NATO Research Centre was inaugurated on 8 April 2024. It constitutes a structural research unit of the University.

 

The centre's objective is to plan research activities and facilitate their implementation with regard to the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation, the Euro-Atlantic security environment, international processes in the world, the dynamics of Georgia's European and Euro-Atlantic integration processes, as well as current issues through both internal grant funding and donor organisations.

 

In order to facilitate the attraction and implementation of research projects, the Centre's activities will include the establishment of links with local and foreign higher education institutions, international, regional and local organisations, governmental and non-governmental organisations, the promotion of the scientific potential of the University and the active involvement of the faculty and students of the University in the activities of the Centre.
