STUDENT SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE OF THE SCHOOL OF EDUCATION

On June 8, the third student scientific conference of the Education School was held at Caucasus University. The aim of the conference is to enhance students' research potential and to promote scientific research activities related to current issues in the field of education.

 

The jury for this year's conference comprised: Aluda Goglichidze - Dean and Associate Professor of the Education School; Elene Betlemishvili - Assistant Professor of the Education School; Salome Chitorelidze - Administrative Director of Educational Programs at the Education School.

 

The following reports were presented at the conference:

 

  1. Anano Alughishvili and Mariam Kakhidze - "Elimination of Gender Inequality and the Influence of Stereotypes on the Motivation and Success of Students in the Process of Learning Mathematics at the Primary Level."
  2. Ani Jikia and Nino Baidashvili - "Identification of Dyslexia in Elementary School Students and Use of Artificial Intelligence."
  3. Bella Kilasonia - "Low Motivation of Elementary School Students in Mathematics and Factors Affecting It."
  4. Nana Zarnadze and Teona Siradze - "Deficiency of Students' Ability to Transfer Knowledge and Effective Ways of Improvement (For Example, Learning Mathematics)."

 

Prize places were awarded to the following speakers:

 

  1. 1st Place: Nana Zarnadze and Teona Siradze
  2. 2nd Place: Ani Jikia and Nino Baidashvili
  3. 3rd Place: Anano Alughishvili and Mariam Kakhidze
