Workshop How to Publish a Paper in a Journal with a High Impact Factor?

On June 19, 2024, Caucasus University Research Facilitation Department organized a workshop, held by Caucasus University Health Policy Center - How to Publish a Paper in Journals with a High Impact Factor?

 

Professor Leila Karim of RMIT University (Melbourne, Australia) and Professor Tengiz Verulava of Caucasus School of Medicine introduced the procedure and rules for publishing papers in high-impact journals and provided advice by following which researchers will increase their chances of publishing their papers in high-impact journals.

 

The workshop was attended by academic staff and students of various Georgian universities. The participants were given answers in an interactive mode to the issues interesting to them.

 

Within the framework of the visit, a working meeting was held with the dean of the Caucasus School of Medicine, Ms. Mariam Okruashvili, with the director of the International Relations Department, Ms. Ketevan Karbaia and the deputy director Ms. Ani Tavartkiladze. The representatives of the International Relations Department provided the guest with the information about the study programs, international programs, international accreditations, double degree programs and the University’s other achievements. The parties also agreed to sign an agreement of mutual cooperation, which will allow CU students in the future to take advantage of the semester exchange program in various destinations at one of the most successful state universities in Australia.
