XV STUDENT SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE OF THE CAUCASUS SCHOOL OF GOVERNANCE - 2024

On June 3, the 15th student scientific conference of the School of Governance was held at Caucasus University.

 

The purpose of the annual conference is to cover current trends in international relations and public administration and to encourage students to engage in academic research activities.

 

The academic jury, consisting of the following members, listened to the reports and provided evaluations to the students: Eka Akobia - Dean of the School of Governance, Professor; Emir Eteria - Professor of the School of Governance; Nana Phirtskhelani - Associate Professor of the School of Governance; Giorgi Tskhadaia - Professor of the School of Governance.

 

Seven reports were presented at the conference:

  • Topic: Assessment of the quality of accountability and independence of independent state institutions: Special Investigative Service of the State Government

  • Topic: De-Oligarchization in Political and Economic Life

  1. Nutsa Bakhia (Diplomacy and International Relations English Language Bachelor's Program, II Year)
  • Topic: The Rise of Cyber Diplomacy: International Cooperation in Addressing Cyber Threats

  1. Tamari Goguadze (Public Administration Undergraduate Program, Third Year), Nino Kobakhidze (Diplomacy and International Relations Undergraduate Program, III Course)
  • Topic: Evaluation of the implementation of European public administration principles in Georgia in the direction of service delivery
