Caucasus University announces a vacancy for the position of Compensation and Benefits Manager.
Job Duties:
- Implement and control payroll processes.
- Account for and manage paid/unpaid vacations, sick leave, and work experience notices.
- Oversee the system for employee business trips and vacations as per the university's internal regulations and relevant normative documents; assist in preparing corresponding orders.
- Continuously monitor access systems (Biostar) and notify the programmer of any malfunctions.
- Monitor employee work hours, ensure the proper recording of working hours, and administer HR software.
- Work in coordination with the finance management department and ensure timely delivery of all necessary documentation.
- Administer and manage employee wages, material compensations, and other benefits.
- Perform individual tasks assigned by the department director, aligned with the university's goals and objectives.
Qualification requirements:
- Higher education
- At least 1 years of experience working in a similar field
- Knowledge of the English language
- Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Additional requirements:
- Energetic, organized, responsible, detail oriented and observant;
- Experience working with databases;
- Ability to process and synthesize provided information in a timely manner;
- Ability to effectively produce verbal and written communication;
Working conditions:
- Work schedule: from Monday to Saturday (Saturday is a short working day, the need for the mentioned day(s) is determined by agreement with the management);
- Remuneration in the range of 1000-1200 GEL, depending on the qualification of the candidate;
- Trial period: 6 months (reimbursable).
