Caucasus University is announcing a vacancy for the position of Head of the Student Financial Services Center.
Job Responsibilities:
- Verify the accuracy of student fee data in the university database.
- Discuss and confirm non-standard schedules for students.
- Register student state grants and liaise with relevant external services.
- Monitor overdue student claims.
- Assist with all financial matters related to student fees.
- Participate in the auditing process and prepare/deliver required information and documentation.
- Ensure the preparation of annual financial orders.
- Contribute to the authorization/accreditation process within the scope of responsibilities.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Director of the Department of Financial Management.
Qualification requirements:
- Higher education in business/economics/physics-mathematics.
- At least 3 (three) years of work experience in the relevant field.
- High level of knowledge of the English language.
- Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint.
Additional requirements:
- High sense of responsibility;
- Ability to manage time effectively;
- Detail-oriented;
- Operativeness
Working conditions:
- Work schedule: from Monday to Saturday (Saturday is a short working day, the need for the mentioned day(s) is determined by agreement with the management);
- Salary depends on the candidate's qualifications;
- Trial period: 6 months (paid).
