The Department of Financial Management of Caucasus University is announcing a vacancy for the position of Head of Financial Analysis Service.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Prepare the budget for each academic year
  • Conduct monthly analysis comparing actual and planned budget data, and initiate necessary budget adjustments
  • Analyze financial statements (CF, profit and loss statement, balance sheet)
  • Prepare projects for financing for the servicing bank
  • Collaborate with an external audit company to prepare the annual audited financial statement
  • Develop budgets for educational programs
  • Prepare financial reports for grant projects
  • Participate in the authorization/accreditation process within the scope of responsibilities
  • Submit an annual activity report to the Director of the Department of Financial Management

 

Qualification requirements:

 

  • Higher education in business/economics/physics-mathematics;
  • At least 3 (three) years of experience in the field of finance and/or budgeting;
  • High level of knowledge of the English language.
  • Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Hardworking and energetic;
  • Punctual and disciplined.

 

Working conditions:

 

  • Work schedule: from Monday to Saturday (Saturday is a short working day, the need for the mentioned day(s) is determined by agreement with the management);
