Caucasus University is announcing a vacancy for the position of Manager of the Student Services and Learning Process Monitoring Department for English-Language Programs.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate directly with students enrolled in English-language programs.
  • Participate in the semester registration process and contract signing for students in English-language, degree-seeking, and exchange programs.
  • Monitor the timely entry of grades into the database by lecturers;
  • Attend midterm and final exams.
  • Participates in the process of collecting, organizing, and processing of documentation required for freshman enrollment.
  • Participate in the authorization and accreditation processes within the scope of competence.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

 

Qualification requirements:

  • Higher education;
  • English language proficiency (B2 level);
  • At least 1 year of work experience;
  • Knowledge of office programs (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

 

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills; energetic, organized, and responsible.
  • Ability to quickly and effectively solve problems.
  • Proficient in processing and synthesizing information promptly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

Working conditions:

  • Work schedule: Monday - Saturday (Saturday is a short working day, the need for these days is determined in agreement with the management);
  • Salary (after tax): 1000 GEL.
  • Probationary period: 3 months (paid).
