Science and Innovation Festival 2018

On September 22-30, within the framework of the Festival of Science and Innovation, Caucasus University played host to events of various kinds:

 

  • International Conference dedicated to the „100th anniversary of the Democratic Republic of Georgia – the Beginning of a New Era – the Democratic Republic of Georgia (1918-1921)" – presentation of the materials
  • Public lecture – „ Peculiarities of the Systems of Values of the Theists and Atheists in Georgia" – Khatia Tsiklauri
  • Public Lecture –„ Newly Discovered Evidence for Exploration Vachedzori Monastery" – Levan Tsikarishvili
  • Training/Master class – „ Generating Start-up ideas" – Rusudan Chachanidze, Luka Kakabadze
  • Open door – Irakli Svanidze
  • Public lecture – „ Giorgi Nikoladze – 130 Genuine Patriots and a Great Patriot of his Country" – Nugzar Skhirtladze
  • Public lecture – „ Digital Division, Ways of Measurement in Modern Info-Communication Technologies" – Guram Lezhava

 

Within the framework of the Festival, Caucasus University Start-up Accelerator C10 played host to schoolchildren, students and invited guests. The guests met C10 start-uppers and were introduced to the products created by them.

 

The Festival of Science and Innovation is organized annually by the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia.

 

In commemoration of its 100th anniversary, this year’s festival was hosted by Iv. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, where the festival was opened and many important events held.

 

In addition, the festival events were held in Georgian state and private universities, Scientific-Research Centers, Georgian National Museum, libraries, hotels, arts and exposition halls, sports complexes, etc.
