The Caucasus School of Humanities and Social Sciences (CSH) announces a competition for the selection of a student representative to serve on the School Council. The purpose of the competition is to ensure active student participation in the school’s academic and administrative decision-making processes, in accordance with the established eligibility criteria.
The School Council serves as the primary governing body responsible for the coordination and development of teaching and research activities within the school. It defines the school’s strategic goals, sets current priorities and tasks, reviews academic programs, and evaluates annual reports on school activities. Additionally, it develops recommendations for the enhancement of educational programs and teaching methodologies, among other responsibilities.
Vacant Position:
Membership in the School Council as a Student Representative*
Eligibility Requirements:
- Strong academic performance;
- Adherence to university discipline;
- Active participation and proven results in school and/or university activities and events;
- Demonstrated personal qualities;
- The candidate must hold active student status.
Application Procedure:
To apply for the vacant position, candidates (students) must submit the following documents:
- A motivation letter;
- A list of school and/or university activities or conferences in which the candidate has participated.

*The selected student will become a full voting member of the School Council for a term of one (1) academic year, except in cases where:
(a) the student’s status at Caucasus University is suspended or terminated before the end of the term; or
(b) due to unforeseen circumstances, the student is unable to fulfill their duties.
In such cases, the School reserves the right to hold a new selection process in accordance with the same terms and conditions.
