On May 1, at 16:00, the defense of master's theses of Mariam Jabauri, a student of MBA program at Caucasus Business School and Mariam Khonelidze and Natia Goderdzishvili, students of MSc program, will be held online.

The masters will present their papers on the following topics:

• Mariam Khonelidze - "The Importance and Role of the Onboarding Procedure on Employee Emotional Behavior and Work Happiness"
