On July 14, Caucasus University will host the public defense of "The Analysis of The Person-Organization Fit on Employee Organizational Commitment and Turnover Intention in Private and Public Sector in Georgia" by Tamar Tsertsvadze, a student of the English-language management PhD program at Caucasus School of Business (scientific supervisor - Boris (Buba ) Lezhava, professor).
