On December 13, at 11:00 am, defense of a thematic seminar of a PhD student of Caucasus School of Law, Irma Kukhianidze will be held at the Center for Peace Studies, at Caucasus University. The title of the seminar: "The Challenge of Confirmation of Obligation by the Debtor in the Georgian Legislation and Court Practice (Article 429 of the Criminal Code)".
