Public lecture - "Fundamentals and Relevance of Psychoanalytical Anthropology"

On June 4, at 19:00, in the conference hall of Caucasus University, psychoanalyst Olivier Douville will deliver a public lecture on the topic "Foundations and Relevance of Psychoanalytic Anthropology."

 

Olivier Douville is a psychoanalyst and anthropologist who teaches psychoanalysis and psychopathology at Paris Nanterre University and Université de Paris. He is an honorary member of the Association for the Advancement of Psychiatry, a member of the Paris Psychoanalytic Association and the Association for Psychoanalytic Training and Freudian Research (Espace Analytique), and a member of the Scientific Committee of the European Psychoanalytic Federation. Additionally, he is an honorary member of the French Association of Anthropologists, a recipient of the Order of the French Legion of Honor, and the founder of the Association "Georgian Psychoanalytic Space."

 

The public lecture is held in cooperation with "Georgian Psychoanalytic Space".

 

Shalva Maminashvili, associate professor at Caucasus University, co-founder of "Georgian Psychoanalytic Space", will moderate the meeting.
