On October 24-27, 2025, the International Association of University Presidents (IAUP) is conducting its fifth Leadership Development Program for New Presidents and Emerging Leaders. The program aims to improve and promote higher academic governance in line with current trends and needs. The program will be hosted by Caucasus University.

The program offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable insights from current and former university presidents, as well as from leading international experts in higher education. Participants will focus on developing leadership and senior management skills relevant to future academic leaders.

The program is designed for new presidents, future presidents and/or presidents in their first or second year in office.

The program is limited to smaller groups - a maximum of 15 participants. The meetings will be held in a hybrid, intensive format consisting of a preliminary preparation phase, face-to-face group sessions, individual consultations and remote activities in the following semester.
