On May 29, 2018 Caucasus School of Governance held a Conference titled European Union: Challenges and Prospects.

Students presented papers related to EU current issues such as the EU and migration crisis, EU-Georgia and visa liberalization and the Brexit and its effects on EU integration and institutional strength.

Students were advised by CSG Jean Monnet professor Dr. Sergi Kapanadze and a panel of professors, including the Dean of CSG, Dr. Eka Akobia and invited professors Ms. Gvantsa Abdaladze and Mr. Tamaz Akhobadze.

CSG will continue to hold student conferences on EU integration related issues as part of it Jean Monnet Chairmanship.
