On October 30, the ombudsman of Caucasus University Dr. Salome Kuchukhidze conducted a training for the staff. She held a presentation about the ombudsman’s office and introduced the staff to the specifics of her work.

She briefed the staff about the ombudsman’s role and explained why her involvement in the university is important, how to contact her, what her obligations imply and how she can help and assist.

The Ombudsman's office was established for counseling, aiding, defending the student’ interests and rights; for showcasing violations of any kind and restoring their rights. The office was established within the framework of European partners as well as grant project Eramus + grant project AESOP (Advocacy Establishment for Students through Ombudsman Position).

The ombudsman’s office is located in Caucasus University, room D4.
