On February 4 and 5, training sessions were held for the participants of the third intake of the "Gastronomic Bootcamp" project, led by one of the best chefs selected in the project's first intake.
Caucasus University conducts the aforementioned trainings in collaboration with the USAID Industry-led Skills Development Program, as well as the Basque Culinary Center and the Gastronomic Tourism Business Association.
The trainings were focused on creativity and serving, and participants were introduced to the main creativity tools used in restaurants and the food industry in general to improve the visual side of dishes.
Chef Ana Ishkhanova led trainings in the aforementioned area.
It should be noted that Caucasus University has a strategic mutual cooperation with the Basque Culinary Center, under which the Caucasus Academy of Gastronomy will be established in Kakheti, namely in Gurjaani, in 2024.
