On March 20-21, Caucasus University Vice President Irena Melua and Director of the Projects Department Akaki Kapanadze participated in the Erasmus+ Institutional Development Project Re-Direction “Redefining Higher Education in a Digital Context, while Promoting a Common, Inclusive and Sustainable Framework based on EU Best Practices and Policy Recommendations” Partners’ Meeting.
The event was hosted by Karlsruhe International University, Germany. The opening ceremony of the meeting was held at the City Council, where the Mayor of Karlsruhe, the President of Karlsruhe International University, and the Acting Head of the Higher Education Development Department of the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia, Maia Shukhoshvili, addressed the attendees.
The meeting was also attended by representatives of partner universities from Georgia, Ukraine, Germany and Greece. During the visit, consortium members discussed the project's ongoing and planned activities, procedures and deadlines for submitting the interim report to the European Commission, and other important issues.
