On October 7-8, Nice Cote d'Azur University hosted a study visit in the framework of the Erasmus + Institutional Development Project “Raising Research Capacity of Georgian HEIs through Developing R&D Units - HERD" where the Director of Research Facilitation Department of Caucasus University, Nino Machurishvili, was one of the participants.

The purpose of the meeting was to better understand university research and development strategy. The agenda included presentations and visits to various labs and research centers. Individual meetings were also held to deepen cooperation. Representatives of partner universities of Georgia also participated in the meetings.

The goal of the project is to enhance research capacity in Georgian higher education institutions through the development of research and development units.
