Virtual Voyages - First virtual exchange- Call for Students

18 May 2026

We are pleased to inform you that the selection of Сaucasus University students has begun for participation in the Erasmus+ project - “Acquiring Transversal Competences through Virtual Voyages” (101193593) - Virtual Exchange programme.

The project aims to provide students with an international and intercultural learning experience through the e-learning platform thevoyage.eu. The programme brings together students from Romania, Italy, Turkey, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine, and Armenia, enabling them to collaborate online, exchange experiences, and work in diverse international teams.

Within the project, students will develop the following competences:

  • career planning and decision-making skills;
  • “Learning to Learn” competence;
  • communication, collaboration, and other soft skills;
  • intercultural and digital skills, along with practical experience of working in an international environment.

The programme consists of both synchronous and asynchronous activities:

  • The asynchronous component will be delivered through the platform thevoyage.eu, where students will independently study learning materials, complete assignments, and reflect on their learning process.
  • The synchronous component includes weekly online sessions (approximately 5 hours per week, over a period of 6–10 weeks, expected timeframe: June–December 2026), featuring lectures, presentations, discussions, debates, and intercultural dialogue sessions.

Participation in the programme is completely free of charge and offers students the opportunity to:

  • gain international and practical learning experience;
  • develop communication and teamwork skills;
  • strengthen intercultural awareness and European cooperation experience;
  • become part of a diverse international educational network.

Upon successful completion of the programme, participants will receive a Youthpass certificate - a European recognition tool that validates both participation and the transversal skills acquired, thereby enhancing employability prospects.

If you are interested, please complete the registration form by 21 May.
