Erasmus+ Exchange Programs, 2025 Spring Semester

Caucasus University is announcing “Call” for applications for the Erasmus+ Exchange program of the Spring 2025 Semester.

 

Erasmus+ exchange program for international student mobility covers travel expenses and awards scholarships. The amount of the scholarship for student is determined according to the host country and the University.

 

For Spring 2025 Semester student mobilities are planned at the following Universities:

*Before Appling for the Erasmus+ exchange program, pelase individually consult the course compatibility form with the school administration.

 

In order to participate in the competition, active students of Caucasus University should submit the following documents in English Language:

 

  • Copy of ID or Passport
  • Filled student application form (Appendix #1)
  • EUROPASS CV
  • English Language International Certificate (IELTS – 6.0; TOEFL- 78)
  • Transcript of Grades (Room A2)
  • Certificate of active student status (Room A2)
  • 1 motivation letter
  • 1 recommendation letter from the faculty (recommendation letter should not be issued by language course lecturer)

 

Each submitted document should be labeled accordingly.

 

 

Participation in the Erasmus+ exchange program is possible:

 

  • On Undergraduate level: from the first semester of the 2nd year of studies by 1st semester of the 4th year of studies (only exemption will be allowed for the students of the 3 year undergraduate programs of Business Administration and Healthcare Management to apply for the final semester of the studies);
  • On Master level: at any semester/trimester of the second year (based on permission of the relevant faculty).

 

The following applications will not be considered:

 

  • Those who do not meet the requirements set out in the framework of agreement for participation in the exchange program and the regulations set by the Caucasus University International Relations and Projects Department;
  • Submitted applications which will be incomplete or irrelevant with established requirement;
  • Applications submitted with delay or partially

Please note, that submitting the English Language International certificate is mandatory before the application deadline.

 

Selection Procedures:

 

  • Application documents are reviewed by the Caucasus University selection committee;
  • Interview with Caucasus University selection committee (if applicable);
  • Nomination of the selected candidates by the selection committee;
  • Providing Host Universities with the information/ documentation regarding the selected candidates;
  • Final selection of students by the partner University;
  • Host University has right to require nominated student to participate in the additional internal application process
