Applicants must complete electronic registration and submit a photo or electronic version of their independently created work to the following address:
Please note: Works completed in groups or with external assistance will not be considered or evaluated.
Submission dates: May 15 - May 30.
Applicants will be individually informed of the specific date and time of their interview.
During the creative tour, applicants are evaluated on a 100-point scale. The evaluation criteria for the submitted works are:
- Creativity
- Concept
- Relevance to the topic
- Artistic and aesthetic quality
- Presentation skills
- Motivation
If the commission detects signs of plagiarism or if the work was done with external assistance, the applicant will receive 0 points for that submission.
