After publishing complete information about admission places and announced programs presented by the higher education institutions participating in extraordinary mobility on the website of the Education Management Information System, students should apply for the extraordinary mobility and submit copies of their personal files.

The deadline for submitting the application is from July 24 to August 2, 2023.

Required documents are:

• Statement;
• Notice of student status;
• Duly certified copies of all legal acts determining student status;
• Student study card (grade sheet);
• Copy of identity document;
• A notarized copy of the school-leaving certificate or the original document
• A copy of the conscript's military registration certificate (or military ticket, if any);
• Photograph (3X4) – printed 2 pcs. and electronic version on CD;
