Mobility Announced for Spring Semester 2024-2025

Caucasus University is pleased to announce the start of the mobility process for the spring semester of the 2024-2025 academic year.

 

Details regarding programs, vacancies, and pricing can be found at the link or through the electronic portal: students.emis.ge

 

The registration period for the mobility process on the electronic portal will be open from January 29, 2025, to February 7, 2025, closing at 18:00.

 

The deadline for publishing mobility results on the electronic portal is February 12.

In case of a positive result on the electronic portal, the student must report to Caucasus University and submit the required documents - February 12 - 14.

 

Recognition of credits for students transferring to the university, review of recognized credits, and confirmation through a written application – February 12-18.

 

Preparation of a draft order on persons enrolled via mobility and electronic reflection in the register of educational institutions - February 19.

 

Required documents:

 

  1. Application
  2. Certificate of student status
  3. Duly certified copies of all legal acts determining the student's status
  4. Student’s study card (mark sheet)
  5. Copy of identity document
  6. Notarized copy of the document confirming the completion of the previous educational level:
    1. For bachelor’s degree mobility: a notarized copy or original of the certificate
    2. For master’s degree mobility: a notarized copy of the bachelor’s diploma and supplement
    3. For doctoral degree mobility: a notarized copy of the master’s diploma and supplement
  7. Copy of the conscript’s military registration certificate (or military ticket, if applicable)
  8. Photograph (3x4):
    1. 2 printed copies
    2. Electronic version on a CD
