The Ministry of Science and Research of Austria, announces the “call” for applications for the Ernst Mach exchange scholarship program for undergraduate and graduate level students of Caucasus School of Business to study at the FH JOANNEUM University of Applied Sciences, Austria.
Exchange mobility can be planned for one semester (Fall 2023 or Spring 2024 semester), and/or for the full 2023/2024 academic year. Student must indicate the relevant semester in the application form.
The competition is divided into two stages:
- First, Caucasus University selects and nominates students to FH JOANNEUM University of Applied Sciences. The selected candidates will receive official acceptance letter from the FH JOANNEUM University of Applied Sciences
- Secondly, based on the invitation letter received from FH JOANNEUM University of Applied Sciences, the student submits an application directly to the Ernst Mach scholarship program until March 1, 2023.
In order to participate in the competition, undergraduate and graduate level active students of the Caucasus School of Business, must submit the following documents in English Language:
- Copy of ID or Passport
- Filled and signed application form (Annex #1);
- EUROPASS CV ;
- English Language Proficiency Certificate (IELTS – 6.0\TOEFL-78);
- Transcript of Grades;
- 1 Cover Letter;
- 1 Recommendation Letter (from faculty: Dean or Professor)
The Following applicant are not eligible for the competition:
- Students of the final semester of the Undergraduate program;
- Students of the final semester of the Graduate program;
- Candidates over 35 years of age
The following application will not be considered:
- Applications which do not meet the requirements established by the framework of the agreement and the regulations set by the International Relations Department;
- The submitted applications will be incomplete of inconsistent with the established requirements;
- Application submitted in stages or with delay
Candidates can submit their applications electronically by January 25, 2023 to the following email address: ir@cu.edu.ge.
Candidates should indicate the name of the grant (Ernst Mach Grant) in the subject line of the e-mail, the submitted documents should be titled accordingly.
Please note, that the student participating into the program, cannot complete his/her studies at the partner University.
Selection Process:
- The submitted application documents are reviewed by the selection committee of the Caucasus University;
- The committee nominates the selected candidates to the FH JOANNEUM University of Applied Sciences;
- Final selection of student by the host University and sending the admission letter;
- Regarding the second stage of the competition, which means applying for the Ernst Mach scholarship, selected candidates will be additionally contacted by the International Relations Department
