Greetings,

We inform you that the International University for the Humanities and Development of Turkmenistan,on March 3-8, 2024, is hosting the Mathematics Olympiad for students of Higher educational institutions (OMOUS-2024).

Undergraduate and Graduate level students of the Caucasus University School of Technology can participate in the Olympiad. The official language of the Olympiad are Turkmen and English.

The Olympiad will be conducted in the form of individual and team competition. 

Individual competition will have two Categories: A and B.

• Category A is for students majoring in Mathematics and Computer Science.
• Category B is for students of other majors, where they will be given 6 problems and four hours (240 minutes) to solve them. 

A group of at most 4 students can participate in the group competition regardless of their majors, where teams will be given 10 problems and two hours (120 minutes) to solve them.

All participants will have to cover their own travel, accommodation and subsistence expenses. For the preliminary agenda, please find the attached document.
