The Cracow University of Economics (Poland) and ESAN University (Peru) announce a call for applications for the international virtual exchange program "Social Entrepreneurship."
Program duration: 5 weeks.
Program dates: October 20 – November 20, 2026.
Program Objective:
- Within the framework of the program, students will deepen their knowledge of social entrepreneurship and learn:
- Identifying social challenges and ethical entrepreneurship;
- The importance of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs);
- Comparing social entrepreneurship using the examples of Peru and Poland;
- Identifying and defining entrepreneurial opportunities;
- Presenting an entrepreneurial idea to various audiences.
Skills participants will develop:
- English communication skills
- Digital literacy
- Teamwork skills
- Self-confidence in communicating within an intercultural environment
Program Structure:
- Stage 1 (October 20): Opening meeting and participant introductions (synchronous session) Stage 2 (October 26–30): Team activities and discussion of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs);
- Stage 3 (November 2–6): Comparative analysis of social entrepreneurship and development of an "SDG startup" idea;
- Stage 4 (November 9–13): Presentation of the idea (video format);
- Stage 5 (November 16–20): Program conclusion and student presentations (synchronous session).
The student's weekly workload is approximately 2–3 hours. Participants coordinate the team schedule among themselves.
Evaluation criteria: successful and timely completion of team assignments, and activity on Padlet.
